Please note: We reserve the right to limit the number of contestants for the show. In the event that your child is not selected, we will notify you and your registration fee will be refunded. Below are the three acceptable ways to register.
1. Online registration is available from now until Monday June 9th, 2008. All entries received after that time will not be valid.
2. If you are mailing your forms and payment, please use the address below and include your contact information so that we may notify you upon receipt of your package. If you want us to mail you a receipt, please be sure to include the return address on a self address stamped envelope (entries must be post marked no later than Monday June 9th, 2008):

Note: Only paying the registration fee and completing the registration form may be done online. The release must be mailed to the address above or filled out at the On site registration.
Acceptable forms of payment at on site registration: check (payable to Moon Men DJs) or cash
You may pay the registration fee online with credit card or by mailing a check (payable to Moon Men DJs).
All three of these must be received or postmarked no later than Monday June 9th, 2008.
